At GitHub, I built the partner ecosystem from scratch — growing integrators from a handful of companies to over 1,000 offerings and scaling GitHub Marketplace revenue from $0 to $2M+ annually. I didn't just manage existing relationships — I invented programs, partner frameworks, and marketplace motions that had never existed before.
